It was a little trendier entry level line with a lower (by Ralph Lauren standards) price point and carried in mid-range department stores. The line was introduced in 1999 and has been discontinued for some time now (sorry, I'm not sure about the exact date there) so your item is definitely not vintage by any definition. At its oldest, it could only be 12 years old.
