Remember My Cat, Morris?

    Well, the other day I walk out to feed Morris and lo and behold, look what jumps out...a baby Morris!!

    Don't know where it came from but Morris is very protective and they sleep together to stay warm.

    Just adorable - and unusual for cats to accept "strangers" like that. Morris must have been lonely - and rather special himself.

    Morris has not been "fixed" so it could possibly be his baby, however, Morris never leaves the back porch except to go out to potty with the dogs.

    I think the new one is a female and as soon as it gets a little warmer, off to the vet they will go.

    You are sure Morris is a boy? I have never had an older (unneutered or otherwise) male cat adopt another cat, so this is quite a novelty. Although, maybe, it is Morris' equivalent of a heating pad and he will tolerate anything, to keep warm. What a pair of sweeties.

    I have a friend with a male orange tabby who once came home with another orange tabby...he seemed to want to have this other fellow adopted too, so my friend obliged. Since my friend is gay, he likes to say that his cat has the same tendencies!
