That Seventies Feeling ~ VFG Fashion Parade for the week of June 26th

    This week the Vintage Fashion Guild celebrates the 1970s in prints! Ranging from Art Deco and Art Nouveau inspired imagery to novelty print disco shirts by Nik Nik and Hukapoo. 1970s prints are all about funky eye-catching prints in a rainbow of colors, and as far as subject matter goes: the sky is the limit.

    Promenade your prints: psychedelics, florals of all scales, plaids, madras, graphic, geometric, animal prints, polka dots, chevrons, Indian block prints, even the strange and unusual!

    I don't recall this series of ads starring Peter Sellers -- and I also spotted Teri Garr -- ah, the vintage world of airline travel, circa 1970s!
