Today I met....

....Marion Foale and Sally Tuffin, Mary Quant and Barbara Hulanicki!! :o I was in Sixties fashion fangirl HEAVEN!!!! The V&A had a study day for the Sixties exhibition, and to hear these people talking about that time was wonderful. I approached those particular ladies for autographs afterwards and I was so hideously uncool, all gushing and shaking like a leaf. But I figured if I could cope with meeting John Bates (*wibble*), I could cope with anyone!!

Now I'm exhausted and kicking myself for being so gushy but...nevermind :D

I can't stand having my photo taken, so the idea of looking like death warmed up stood next to an iconic fashion designer fills me with dread ;)

Yes, it was a bit of an overload (what? no head exploding emoticon??)...but an enjoyable one nonetheless! I just hope I can remember some of the nuggets of information for the label resource!
