Fabulous blouse! Does it have shoulder pads? My first thought was 60s, but let's see what others have to say. We do not value items, but a search for similar sold items on Ebay for example might give you an idea.
I believe that's 1960s Hermes and it makes me drool. ha ha No one can tell you what something is worth but you can research 1960s Hermes blouse and get an idea... mucho bucks!!
Agree with the date but a note of caution with the label: not only is it in an odd spot, it's also upside down and sewn in unprofessionally. It may be that it came loose and was amateurishly sewn back in but it can sometimes indicate inauthenticity. If you can find another similar it will be to your advantage.
