I've very recently purchased a linen coat. The label (can't attach a photo) reads

Red letters on a beigey background

    Laura Ashley
    Manufacture De Vetements Speciaux
    Pour L'Alimentation
    PARIS
    HALLES-VILLETTE
    MM DD

    Blue letters on a creamy

    PARIS
    HALLES-VILLETTEĀ®
    Made in France

    Then fabric type, wash instruction

    Any information would be welcome

    Kind regards

    The french parts read:

    Manufacturer of special clothing.
    For supply.

We would need to see photos in order to help any more. Please read the pinned post for guidance on how to upload photos. I've got to say it doesn't sound like your usual LA garment. What do you want to know about it?

That is odd - I was thinking Pour L'Alimentation might refer to food.
