Vintage crochet Sweater or blouse?

    Hi, please help me identify this crochet blouse/sweater. Has a long tag "Made under Assisted Outerwear Code Authority" with an eagle and I can't find anything for that tag. Hope someone can help on this one. thanks

    Can't help with ID, but that is knit, not crochet. At least the ribbed edges definitely are. The main mesh stitch I can't quite tell, but it's probably knit also.

    If it is of any help, the style of the blouse seems to be 1930's.

    That's the National Recovery Act (NRA) tag with the blue eagle that was only used from 1933 to 1935.
