Vintage DVF White Dress/ Nurse Uniform

Help! Any ideas about this label? It’s a vintage all white dress that looks like a nurse uniform.

 

It's Diane von Furstenberg. Would love to see the entire dress if you get a chance.

 

The label says 'designer for White Swan' and looking White Swan up they do appear to be a uniform brand.

 

I wonder if it's a uniform for a private health company?

 

Here’s pictures of the dress. Any idea of the value. I’m going to sell on eBay. I found it at a thrift store
