It's a lovely dress! Could you give us a closer look at the zipper. Is it metal or plastic? Something about the shape of the hidden zipper, the zipper pull, and the totally hidden zipper looks more modern to me. Can you tell if it ever had any labels?
Yes the zipper pull and the serged seams look later than 60s to me. I think it may be later but in a 50s/60s style.
It looks like a modern contemporary zipper. I think that the dress is fairly recent and as Karin suggested, in a retro style. It is lovely.
