Hi! I have just seen this possibly vintage dress and am going to have a late lunch while I think about going back for it. It has shoulder pads, so I am pretty sure it's from the 80s. I remember this type of sequins being really popular in the 90s, however. The brand is Keri Craig, a reasonably famous Australian designer. As far as I can tell, she's still operating.
