I have this water-repellant bandana I inherited from my grandmother, I'm not sure what decade it's from. It makes me think of the 50s or 60s when women had their hair nicely done up and didn't want to get it wet. But the paisley pattern makes me think 70s. It's quite large at 25x26, no tags, rather silky like a rain jacket kind of material as opposed to the other "water-repellent acetate scarves" I've seen out there. Any thoughts?

I would say 60s or early 70s and it most likely had a matching raincoat. I did find a similar looking head scarf with coat online.
    Google 1960s Mac Raincoat
