    Hi all

Looking for info on Wetherall, looks like they made clothing from wool but can't find much about them at all, apart from that they were situated on Bond St.

Just acquired a lovely dark green cloak and skirt and would love to know more about them.

    Thanks

  2. Hi Rocks and welcome to the forums. If you post pics of your set we can help date them. Nice clear label shots (of all labels) is really helpful too.

Unfortunately many old fashion companies are not documented well online, or hard to find information on. Google showed me that it seems they started in 1901, had (or have) a factory in Liverpool. They seemed to specialise in knits but have broadened to outerwear. I found an advert from '73 and assorted clothing for sale including a reversible green cape from the '70s. I wonder if it's like yours?

I wrote a bio on Wetherall, a british company, it should be in the resource by now. hmm will go investigate.

That'sgreat, thank you so much! Are they still going? Couldn't find a website for them.

I took some some pics, I'll post them as soon as I've made them small enough!
