What do I call the treatment on this 50\'s(?) dress?

    50's on this dress..or maybe 60's?

What do I call the treatment on this - seems like the base of the dress is rayon with raised black/red stitching?

    Label reads: Dawncrest by Reiner

it is showing up pretty dark on my monitor Christine...from what I can see it looks like a nubby cotton (similar to swiss
dot, but not a muslin weight).

Windowpane Boucle? I like that, not the full boucle that adds so much bulk to an item but just enough to give it a lovely tactile appeal....
