What is this Dolce & Gabbana Blazer ?

Hello Everyone,

This is my first post on this forum.
I have found this old blazer that belongs to my father, which he received as a gift years ago ( not sure when). I couldn't find anything on the web that looked similar, so I thought that I would give this a try instead. Anyone have more information on it ?

Do you have any pics of labels?

 

A full pic of the label would be helpful. It *looks* fairly recent not vintage, Y2K at oldest?
