Hi there! I recently purchased a fur coat from someone in Canada. The brand of the coat is Dworkin’s, from Ottawa, Canada and she said it was from the 60s, but I’m not sure she really knows any info on it because that’s all she could provide. I was curious what type of fur this could be? Thanks so much in advance!

The store was in existence from 1901 until 2012. I can’t help with the fur ID but if you post a photo of the label and lining we may be able to help with dating it

It's silver cross or sapphire cross mink, with fox trim.

That is a gorgeous coat. I am seeing 1980s, a "Dynasty" era style.

I agree with Barbara - those strong shoulders, length and hem volume look 1980s.
