Who is the artist for this Vintage Fashion Guild illustration?

    [​IMG] Who is the artist for this illustration? The Vintage Fashion Guild posted this image in its History of Women's Hats article as "French illustration of hatmaker, wearing a turban - c. 1829," but there is no credit given. And that looks less like a turban and more like a Tam o'Shanter.

    I can just make out in the left, bottom corner an inscription that appears to read: "C.B. Philipe." I could not find any artist of that name.

    Who is the illustrator?

    I just now saw this inquiry and I found that the artist for this illustration is Charles Philipon.
