    I don’t even know what to make of this fantastic dress. I haven’t seen another one like it. I’m assuming it’s from the 30s but please correct me if I’m wrong. It closes up the back with hook and eyes. I love the colors!

  2. What an usual fabric combination. The top reminds me of a harlequin design.

    That's great Rebecca! The pink almost look like a faded fluorescent shade.

    I think it was fluorescent. They are very neon-like colors where there isn’t any fading. I had no idea they used such colors back when. I would love to hand wash it but I fear the colors would fade more or bleed. The skirt fabric is very muslin-like.

    You could test for dye bleed, and you're right to be fearful of the colors running.
