I am an artist, and work with old mannequins as armatures. However, THIS miss will be a permanent part of my collection. I know she is a woodikin, and from the 30's or 40's. (And by the way, in another discussion there were folks wondering what the hole in her middle is for...there is a bolt there, and it helps to hold her together, as she has a (flesh coloured!) wing nut that goes there. She also has wooden pegs in her waist and on her arms. Does anyone know how rare she really is? She came from a garment store in PA, where the owners had her as an original store display mannequin.
