Hi and welcome to the forums! That looks like a lovel coat, but it's hard to see it's shape or length the way it is hanging. Could you please post photos of the coat hanging nicely without touch the floor - or on a manni/model, or laying flat on a surface? Just so we can get an idea of it's actual shape and length.
I looked on Newspapers.com, and may have found your coat (not sure). The pictures below are from a 1963 ad from the Kansas City Star. It was called a "Diana" coat.
