Would this Pink Dress be Dressy Preppy?

  1. I am thinking 60s. Has a back metal zipper and by L'Aiglon. Could this be preppy for this month's theme?<br><br><img src=http://image.inkfrog.com/pix/magnolia3/pk60sdress2.jpg><br><br><img src=http://image.inkfrog.com/pix/magnolia3/pk60sdress3.jpg><br><br><img src=http://image.inkfrog.com/pix/magnolia3/pk60sdress4.jpg><br><br><img src=http://image.inkfrog.com/pix/magnolia3/pk60sdress5.jpg><br><br><img src=http://image.inkfrog.com/pix/magnolia3/pk60sdress7.jpg><br><br><img src=http://image.inkfrog.com/pix/magnolia3/pk60sdress8.jpg><br><br>Or am I way off base and it's 50s. It is definitely not preppy. Preppy is a more casual look. It's very "tea at the Ritz," I think.

Nix on the preppy I say, too. Preppy is more of a sporty resort wear look.

But that is very pretty and in sync with the popular pastel color mania for Spring. With all the lovely accessories - that is something I would wear to a Spring or Summer Wedding in a heartbeat!

  4. Oh, shoot. Been working on my April Preppy auction template. Oh well, that's okay. Have a few other dresses I can use.<p>Back to the drawing board.:P

No, not preppy, but I'd love to have that label for the resource! And, yes, it is early 60s.
