Found this at an estate. Lady said it belonged to her mom and it was a WWII WAC uniform... was she full of beans?

I looked up a couple of things on ebay. You might check them against 260238913855 and 290230872976 . I don't think the patch on the shirt is right for WWII WAC uniform. I don't know much about it though.

I've sold two of these shirts before, the shirt is absolutely WAC. I don't recognize the patch on the sleeve, though.

hmm, yes this is different. Cotton shirt and wool pants, but the pants are riding pants like the ones shown.. I posted on the Historical Mem Ebay board as well.

The pants - nope, not US Army . WAC pants were full length.

The shirt is if it's marked with a womens size, i.e., a 10 , 12 14 or so might be WAC. I am checking on the patch - it's not in my 1941 or 1951 Army Officers Guide.

I have seen that shoulder patch before, and I am pretty sure is military. I just can't find it!

The folks at that ebay board know their stuff.

4th Service Command! That is different than 4th Corps or 4th Army, which I found. See this site:

    I agree - separate them!

Does the shirt have darts or tucks at the waist for the bust? That plus the size marking will tell you if it's mens or womens.
