Thank you Mary, and thank you all so much!! I was in the midst of physical therapy when you posted this yesterday and didn't have a chance to respond until now. (Hip surgery recovery is going well—The most difficult thing was trying to finish final proofing of the book while under the influence of pain-killers )

Laura kindly let me know that the book was available for pre-order on Amazon, and a quick look around told me it was available on many sites. I have posted a pre-order listing on my Etsy site. If you order it from my Etsy listing, you will get a signed copy of the book, get the book at the earliest available date (shipping on approx. Dec 27), I will receive a greater percentage of the sale price, and I share 10% of my earnings with Save the Manatee Club. Win!
