Please help me find this purse!

I would recommend getting in contact with The Vintage Purse Museum - [email protected] as they are specialists in this area and have thousands of bags (many american) in their collection. I suspect they may have an idea of the manufacturer from the shape or embellishment. Do come back...

    Repair question and dating

Teschnically, probably a flange, but thats not very pretty. I think I'd call them fins. Got to say, seeing it on a mannequin now, I think that's my favourite feature!

    1920's Dressmaker's Label

I'm curious what the figure at the top of the embroidery is meant to be doing? The skirt is suggestive of a woman and I can only think that stick is meant to be a gun, as there are animals in the fauna depicted, but that would be an unusual feature on a dress for sure! Any other ideas?

    Help dating these shoes

I think these are Ferragamo's own reproductions, either contemporary (modern) or from the 2000-2010, because I remember somewhere in there being a revival of the babydoll shoe style. I know I bought some new shoes that would pass for 1950's around that time. My mid 1950's Ferragamo's have...

    J Ferry Paris

I don't know if you still can, but I have in the past looked up shoe valuations on Kerry Taylor's auctions. She usually has a few pairs of shoes in each sale, shoes of this age won't be in every fashion auction but she has them more than any other platform I know of. I can't remember if it...

    Harris Tweed Sport Coat 1960s?

You have to think very conservatively with these jackets, as they are still sold today and worn as a staple by men of a certain age. I'd place this one in the late 1970s-1980s.

Very nice. I agree with the dating above and will also note it's very similar to a number of Mary Harnes dress sets I've seen. (I have one which is a green dress and jacket with waist detail similar to yours.

Possible dating of a Aquascutum flat cap

these tweed caps are kind of timeless here, I've seen the plastic covered diamond label on caps dating from the 1990s to present day. Though the plastic covered ones tend to be more common in the 1970s-80s. Does it have a smaller fabric content label? is it 100% wool or mixed?

Diane Von Furstenberg? cute dress with weird label

To me it looks like the printed copyright wording cut off the selvedge of some fabric and ironed on like a label.
