I’m hoping for an opinion as to the age of this blouse. It snaps down the front and at the wrists. The sleeves are very full. It has darts front and back at the waist. The seams are small, pinked and otherwise unfinished. It smells very old and not so nice. The only label is the one included. I have googled like crazy and found very little info but that there used to be a “The House of Wu” store on Colfax Ave in Denver Co. at some point. I can’t find when it was opened or closed, just the included ad. Thanks for your help!
Thank you. There are no shoulder pads or anything else. The sleeves are just plainly sewed in with the seams pinked. Not sure if it’s visible in this pic. I will see about airing it outside.
So without shoulder padding, I would agree with Cynthia on the 1950s. Hope you can get the odor out, it's a cute blouse.
