Help dating a Givenchy trench coat

Hi there! Would anyone be able to help me date this Givenchy trench coat? Using the label resource on the site, I think it may be 1950's given that it has the separate "Made in France" label below the GIVENCHY label. But based on the style of the coat, I am wondering if it could be later? It also looks like the 1970s label on the label resource. Separately, the coat has no material information on it, but I think it is wool exterior and silk interior. Based on what you can see in my pics, do you agree?

Nice coat - I see it as either late 1950s - 1960s and I would not say this is a trench coat.
I could see Audrey Hepburn wearing this style of coat.

I agree that it's not a trench coat. Trench coats have specific style features that your coat lacks.
I'd simply call it a ladies' dress coat.
Lovely color, blue is a favorite of mine.

I agree - not a trench coat. I'd date it to the early 60s.
