It looks 80s to me too, but I don’t recall garments from then ever having fiber content labels far down on the skirt like that. Did they? I think of that fiber content label placement as much more recent.

Hi, that is vintage 80's, I think Jonathan is right on with mid-late 80's, and it's so gorgeous! I love the scalloped neckline and the dark floral print!

Hi! That sounds like a great find! If it has puffed sleeves, a high waist, or a prairie style, it’s likely from the 70s or 80s. Check the label too—older ones often say Made in Wales.
