Have you opened an account with google checkout? If so, log onto your account and you will find the "Merchant ID" and "Merchant Key" there in your profile.

I always use plastic after I wrap it in tissue paper. I do not seal the plastic but leave it loose in case of moisture getting inside. Then I wrap or line the box with white paper for further protection.
