Vintage Ralph Lauren - Blue Label Script Lettering

The information I founds says ACTWU was in existence from 1976 to 1995. That would mean the oldest your jacket could be is 1976 - labels were sometimes used for a few years after becoming obsolete, so figure newest as mid-to-late 90s. Formalwear can be tough to date, mostly sticking to classic...

I have never seen this! Aquascutum and Burberrys' trench coat collaboration? (Date help)

If I'm understanding your photos correctly, both the Burberry and the Aquascutum labels are sewn to the lining, albeit in different places? Can you show us closeups of the two labels, specifically how they are attached? And what label/s does the coat itself have?

What did I even buy… Western Costume Co. Dress

I was thinking late 1930s into 1940s. Back zipper is not right for the era, but different considerations for a costume and needing to get in and out easily and have it stay closed while the actor moved around as directed.

    Cleaning a velvet Rosenberg purse...?

I have no personal experience with restoring suede. That said, there are How-To articles out there about brushing, dry wipe, wet wipe, and moisturizing. If you love the bag enough it might be worth a try, and guaranteed you will learn from the process! We would love to hear back with results.

Waist higher at the back of these retro pants, what would you call this style?

And in the 30s and 40s, there was usually a generous seam allowance for alterations. So much easier than with an inset waistband!

    Cleaning a velvet Rosenberg purse...?

The older a leather or suede item is, the more likely to have deterioration. But that has usually has more to do with how much it was used and how it has been stored than age per se. Most owners don't have access to the climate controlled environment recommended (cool, dry, dark).

Waist higher at the back of these retro pants, what would you call this style?

This term doesn't specifically refer to the higher-in-back detail, but that is a Hollywood waist - no waistband, and instead inner facing with belt loops set a bit below the upper edge of the waist. Almost always high rise.
