I would guess 60s or 70s, but am certainly not a lingerie expert. However we do have some members who specialize in lingerie and I hope they drop by here. I don't understand why it doesn't look like something for a honeymoon for you - to me it does.

A friend brought this bolo tie piece over asking if I had any ideas about it. It is dated 1/23/1977 on the back and says #5. The jeweler who made it signed it MT. It appears to be sterling silver, but is not marked. It's huge! A little over three inches tall and a little under three inches...

1955 fashion advertisement
This dress is made of a very light weight sheer material. It buttons up the front and has no tags. It falls low mid-calf (on me). The skirt s gathered, but that is not elastic. It has small shoulder pads made of the same material. Initially I was thinking 40's ... then maybe 50s ... or 30s???
