On my monitor, it looks the color that I've called goldenrod... which is really kind of mustardy but I think it sounds better! It's not looking as bright as saffron or daffodil or canary yellow to me. Maize is good, too! And, regardless the color, it is a very lovely dress!

So sleek, Mary--keep 'er if you're anywhere near fitting into her! I think this style of Suzy is too often overlooked for the big-skirted ones. But their wiggle-style & sheath dresses were oh, so chic! I let one go for a song a couple years ago; kinda wish I'd kept it.

Hmmm..... It's sort of a shortened bishop sleeve, or a modified flounced sleeve. There must be a "real" name for it, as these sleeves are not uncommon, but I don't know what that would be! I'd probably call it a "modified bishop sleeve," for lack of a more technical term....
