I would definitely need high resolution images, so uncompressed, because it is a print magazine.
If you have any of your original images could you pleeeeeasssse send them to me with finished price tags.
Are you starting to see a lot of action on your 60's stuff?
Your stores will be...

I am on such a tight deadline it isn't funny.
I need all 60s/Mod experts and sellers.
If you have any images of new designs that are inspired by 60s fashions, and even better, you have a picture of the original inspirtation, please U2U me.
This article will appear in Collector's...
Thanks everyone!
What kind of customers are buying your fine vintage (ie couture, designer, collectible)? Are they customers that collect and/or wear? Are they designers? Stylists?
Do you do anything different to market these special vintage pieces?
Thanks again everyone! Your...
Hi Everyone!
I want to pcik your brains.
Everyone is welcome to answer. I want to hear from as many of you fine sellers as possible.
When you have a really good piece-couture, collectible, rare, good construction, historical significance, etc...
Where do you prefer to sell?
Do you...
Hi everyone.
I thought I had posted this yesterday, but apparently I didn't.
I am playing the guess the product game where I show you a vintage ad and you have to guess the product being advertised. It's on my blog www.debutanteclothing.com/news
Come play!
a lot of sellers on the VCA boards said they swear by Biz too.Do you use it asa regular detergent? Do you let the garments soak?
I used color safe clorox bleach, and it lightened the yellowing around the neckline of a dress, but it's still there.
I'd appreciate any tips on the Biz stuff.
Unbelievable! I tried my bleach pen on the floral dress, because the stain is on the white of the dress, and it only get slightly lighter. Could it be bacause the fabric is wet? Should I let it dry?
I might move on to white vinegar and dawn because I have two other dresses with stains that...
Stains that won\'t budge. Help!
I have a ton of washable dresses with a range of interesting stains. I've tried Soillove, Oxy Clean stain remover, washing them twice. Nada. Any suggestions? I've thought about hanging them outside in the sun but they have florals and don't want to risk...
The dress is a day floral, very 1920s, quite lovely and in excellent condition. It's another sellers item, not part of VFG, so I do not feel comfortable posting the link or picture without permission.
If a 1920s dress has, what appears to be, an authentic Chanel Adaptation label, what does that mean?
Is adaptation worth $990??? The dress in question is not mine.
Hi everyone.
Thanks for all your tips. Right now I am using Reveal bulbs, but maybe my new camera doesn't like them. I will try again with a higher ISO. The camera has a ton of features, that I never needed with my Coolpix.
The pics themselves aren't grainy, the viewer is. My pics are...
I may be posting this in the wrong category. Sorry. Please feel free to move it.
My husband bought me a new camera for my birthday in September. I have yet to be able to use it correctly. It's a Canon PowerShot A540. The LCD is kind of grainy, my old Cool Pix was much better.
But what...
I honestly don't know. It does have a grey root and it has various shades mixed throughout, black brown with silver tips. Very soft and fluffy and short. Most of the rabbit I;ve seen is either long and flat pelts or has very distinct wavy feel, if that makes sense.
I did, and I'm the same way Deborah. I know rabbit when i see it. That's why I'm not convinced this is rabbit. It doesn't feel as flat as rabbit does, if that makes sense.

I'm so bad with furs, but I love the feel of this collar. I really don't think it is rabbit. It feels lighter, not as dense as rabbit. But I could be wrong.
I was thinking maybe chinchilla?
I have this cardigan set put away, because I have no idea what I have. I haven't seen anything like it.
It is a very loose knit, crochet I guess? with metallic rainbow threading throughout. Both the tank and the sweater have the same label. Any guesses, clues? Is it rare? Did someone...
Hi.
Ihave this Lilli Ann, but I really don't think it is 60s as the label on the Label Resource page would indicate. It has a nubbly wool crepe feel, it has one of those National Recovery Board labels, but the asymmetrical waist line, big collar and sleeves do not say 60s to me. Could it be 50s?
Hi ladies! Thanks for the nice welcome. Chris, thanks for the kind words about the site. I have been working so hard on it with the little time I have available.
I am also the editor of the Downtown Doll magazine on fashiontribes.com. I'm sick I tell ya!
and yes, I am married now!!!
Yes! Definatley RESERVE price. You mght want to do more research before you sell it. I know that label is highly collectible, and anything prior to the 80s Cardin is very desirable.
Good luck.
I would venture to say that the first one is celluloid. Does it seem delicate, fragile?
I have a few bag books I can recommend. Let me get the titles and I will post them here.
Sandra
