P.S. USPS denied the one domestic claim that I had to make with them.
When my 15 yo wakes up, I'll have him give you suggestions. He is very techno-knowlegeable, and also a very good writer (he started his own technology blog a few months ago).

I couldn't find anything like this, and couldn't decide how old it might be. Any ideas?
Also, on which Ebay board do you think I should ask this question?
Sue
As usual, I mean to post these when I list the item and I always forget. These auctions all end tonight---10% discount on winning bid to VFGers on any of these items (and the one hanky that I have listed as well). Just let me know you're a VFG member if you win.

The bracelet is small--about 2 inches in diameter across the way it is now (although that is adjustable, of course). And what is a stabilized stone--I've never heard that term?
None of the pieces are marked.
Any help on how to describe any of them?
Sue
I have a few pieces of costume jewelry from when I was a kid (which makes them, oh no, 45+ years old) and I don't know if any of these are worth listing. Thought I'd just post a few pictures, and see if anyone had any comments.
If you need more details or pictures, just ask...
Shortly after the clown story I had someone request within 15 minutes of listing if I would sell this for $30. The guy said he'd pay me with paypal right away:

Whoops--
Forgot to finish my post about these when I was listing, and now they're ending tomorrow night:
Handy Sweater Clip
Cute Little Girls Bracelet
I probably will have more vintage accessories listed tomorrow night.

Well, I oviously had a brain fart and forgot to list these. For those of you who indicated an interest when I originally asked the question, they will be listed tonight.
Any VFGer who is interested--I will include free US first class shipping with the BIN option. If you do purchase, just...

What do you call this length glove? It's approx 14 1/4 inches from the tip of the middle finger to the bottom.
Also, which picture to use for gallery?

This will be a sneak preview of something I am listing if I can figure out what they are. All of these hats are unused and were purchased on travels in the late 50s-early 60s. Any help?

I actually just talked to my mailman yesterday and he said that they are talking about cutting back to 5 days to cut fuel costs. I don't know if he knows what he's talking about, or if he's just speculating.

This is not really a reply, but something a teacher told me.
The little girl across the street from me had fairly major surgery a few months ago. A few nights before the surgery I was at her house, and I made a list of junk food that she wanted after the surgery.
I got a big basket and it...
It's funny this came up now. I wore one in high school ~1970 and I just sold it last month:

And I had a fork bracelet which I also just sold:

I have a Coppini Silversmiths Compact and Lipstick. As I have gone through the completed listings on ebay I find that many of this style go for $400-$500 (I haven't seen any of this brand recently).
Anyone know enough to know if I should put a reserve, or what an appropriate BIN would be...

Is there a specific name for this type of gloves? These are both unworn--one is a 6 3/4 and one is a 7.
Sue
Thanks for the suggestions, but there was someone earlier this year talking about where she sold her scrap, and you could go to their website and find out what they'd actually pay ( and it was a little easier to understand, I think).
Anyone remeber who was talking about that?
