    Stains that won't budge. Help!

A urine stain should come out with a good washing--which makes me think your stain may be something else-----But I would try using tide and rubbing it right on the stain. Then soak it in cold water for about an hour---swishing it around every 15 minutes or so. Then wash, again using Tide or...

    Stains that won't budge. Help!

Is the blood on white? You could try Hydrogen Peroxide on a Q-Tip, or lemon juice--dab, dab, dab till it goes away then wash or you could try soaking in a mixture of cold salt water and tide detergent for about 1/2 hour. (I usually use those plastic shoe bins) Then make some paste out of...

OT sewing question from braindead would be seamstress

Snaps always work too--and they are easy. Or even a drawstring...made of ribbons?

OT sewing question from braindead would be seamstress

You could also do a little U shape loop--on one side-- that attaches to a button on the other side.....im still thinking :)

OT sewing question from braindead would be seamstress

Or....this is a little different....What if you sewed ribbons or fabric inside the bag....maybe 2 strips on each side. Then they could be tied in a bow to hold the bag loosely closed.

OT sewing question from braindead would be seamstress

For a fastening, what if you did a U shape loop on one side--sewn into the seam and on the other side a cord with a knot on the end...you could even put a large bead on the end....the U shape loop will stay closed by the large knot or bead.....hope that makes sense :)
