Some pieces from my personal collection:
Polka dot Bakelite Bracelet:
Plastic earrings:
Schreiner Brooch:
Jeannene Booher wrap dress that I purchased new in 1979 and kept:
Alfred Shaheen
835 is the purity hallmark of European silver, which is 83.5% silver and 16.5%, copper. That tells you that the pearls are European but not where or when they were made. It's possible the pearls in the double strand necklace are cultured pearls.
The bracelet looks like it's "costume"...
This is a Deco era faux sapphire ring set in Sterling - personal collection:
Austrian "Sapphire" Leaf Brooch - from my Sold Archives:
Deco Clear and "Sapphire" Brooch - C. 1930s - Personal Collection
I refer to this clasp as a "thumbless" clasp, too.
How long is the necklace? What size are the beads? I think it is early '60s - or could possibly be very late '50s because of the textured gold colored beads - as Janine mentioned.
I see the "orange" that Maggie sees - and think the amaranth is a bit too "blue". I see the color of a red/orange Crayon:

Not exact but "close" - !!!
Of course it may look different in person and on different people's monitors!
Bakelite Earrings - Personal Collection
Unsigned Schreiner Brooch and Earrings (Personal Collection)
Orange and White beaded necklace paired with orange earrings - Sold.
The coat looks very late '60s to me, too. It might have been a "maxi" coat that was shortened. I agree with Mary Jane about making sure that the hem was not cut before you restore it to a longer length.
Butterscotch and Applejuice Bakelite reverse carved dress clip - C. 1930s. Personal collection.
Art Deco Celluolid Pearlized and Red Rhinestone Hat Pin Brooch - Personal Collection
Although Trifari advertised that all of their pieces were signed, I have seen a few unsigned pieces that date to the era of your brooch. I have several pieces of unsigned KTF from the late 1930s, and some unsigned earrings from the 1940s with the distinctive earring clips Trifari used...
"Watermelon" Earrings - From my Sold Archives
Watermelon Rope Earrings - from my Sold Archives
Beaded Earrings - From my Sold Archives
From my personal collection - the "bumpy" stones are sometimes called "Moon Rocks."
Personal Collection
I see small loops in the fabric; it looks like a wool bouclé (or bouclette) to me. Is the garment a vintage coat? The label and what I can see looks C. 1950s.
It looks to me like a type of lily but I think the artist has taken a bit of artistic license in the depiction. Stephanotis is a climbing plant with a lovely small fragrant blossom:
This is a lily:
Congratulations on finding the maker. They are listed on CJCI. I think I have had a very similar necklace but I was not familiar with the company or the mark.
I think you are correct dating it late '50s, early '60s. I see it more as a garden party, maybe debutante/prom dress rather than a wedding gown but of course now it would make a lovely wedding gown.
Some examples from my personal collection:
Plastic Screw Back Earrings
Bakelite Earrings
Plastic Yellow Palm Tree Brooch
This unsigned Haskell dress clip has a Fiesta Ware look!

It's hard to pick favorites - these are three of my favorite party dresses - all from my personal collection:
A 1950s mint green dress with ecru lace overlay.
Mari for I. Magnin cotton chintz print dress - also found with a Suzy Perette Labe
And this late 1940s Black rayon...
