Beautiful. I think it is American Processed Broadtail Lamb. It is hardier than regular broadtail lamb. The pelts are from older sheep and sheared to look like broadtail.
I’m sure our fur expert will be along to verify.
I also think they are both coats/outerwear. Perhaps the cape would be worn...
Judging by the labels it is at least late 80s or 90s with the amount of languages shown. If you would post photos of the coat then we’ll be able to help more.
I saw a Geoffrey Beene Boutique being shown with a crinoline but it should not have a crinoline. I’m not sure if this is the dress you are looking at but you can see how the back does not look quite right with a crinnie.

I would trust the resource as Spring 1972 for the start of the label.
I understand if you don’t want to show the garment itself, but other labels may hold clues. Does the garment have any other labelling? Union, care, or fibre content?
We do not do valuations here. Your best bet is to look at selling venues for sold prices such as eBay, Ruby Lane for ones in similar condition. Or ask prices on those sites or others like Etsy or stand alone websites. The ask price does not necessarily mean that is what something will sell for...
