There are no labels. I am making an assumption based on researching other similar clothing items. It feels like nylon but I want to list it accurately and use the term parachute silk if that is something that buyers will use as a search term.
I am wondering about the term "parachute silk". I have read that it was actually nylon or a blend of nylon and silk or nylon and cotton. Anyone know? Am I correct in dating this blouse 1930s? Thanks!
Hello All,
I need some help with dating this dress and bonnet. They do not necessarily go together. I had thought the dress was Edwardian but am wondering if it could be older. Thank you!
