I think Barbara is correct.
Hard to describe but the work is finer. Smaller beads etc. 20s is more about beading and also metal mesh. Celluloid more 30s but of course there is overlap. Handbags are not my area of expertise, but I came into a quantity of 20s into early 30s bags, and am working...

We generally need more than just the tag to be of much help. Can you post one or more photos of the garment itself? If you obtained it in the US, is there an RN number on the other side of the tag?
I see it was made in Hong Kong - that does suggest it has a little age to it.

@chloewilloughby I deleted the duplicate thread done about this skirt posted 15 minutes after this one. If you have reviewed our forum rules, you are aware that we are unable to authenticate items - that is typically done hands-on by a certified appraiser. But we can offer info - feel free to...
It is very pretty. I agree that the label does not look 50s but could have been added later. I am getting a bit of a Church Hat vibe, but it's a hard call. It looks like the material used is the same for the outer crown, band, and both sides of the brim? If yes, it would be some sort of fabric...
Love your sizzle! Welcome to the VFG, Allan.

And omigosh I haven't thought about Model Mayhem for awhile. My DD, who is also my live model for vintage when she is in town, still has a page on MM (I think).
Not fur, but this 1939 Coats & Clark pattern offers a contemporaneous crocheted version of the 30s/40s tilted Cossack style hat. I think even the added feather accent is crocheted!
Does it seem to be leather or faux? If leather, it looks like it may be embossed into the reptile scale pattern. If it's real reptile (alligator or other) there should be a bit of lift at the edge of some of the scales. Is the handle metallic or cord?
I'm not a handbag expert but we do have a...
Welcome to the VFG forums! I added a tag for levistrauss to your original post - if you click on it, you will see all other public forum threads that used that tag - there is an ongoing thread that is up to 4 pages that may offer some help. We have a registered guest @JimR56 who collects Levis...

If you would like to introduce yourself, and check out forum rules and FAQs, you can do that HERE. But welcome!
Great shoes, and definitely older. 20s looks like a good possibility. Photos from the side that show the shape of the heel will help with dating.

From a 2017 NY Times article: What Does Couture Actually Mean? "haute couture, by its very nature, is an archaic throwback. It is only produced in Paris, by a handful of designers (14 officially) and presented twice a year, in January and July. Haute couture pieces are...
My understanding has also been that these are old dry cleaning tags. I wonder if Greengrove was the customer's last name? And perhaps the 5 digits are her zip code? Just guessing.
I walked through the flagship Galeries Lafayette in the 9th arrondissement on my first trip to Paris in 2017. It is a huge and overwhelming place - 750,000 SF! And almost all of it is high end fashion.
According to Nouchi's website, he started his own label in 2017. It does also mention the...
