Those are beautiful! They remind me so much of something my mom would have worn.
I'm just prepping a fun 70s animal print nylon kaftan to list. I love a good 70s print!
I'm pretty sure it's contemporary or not quite old enough to be vintage. They started outsourcing their manufacturing to Asia in the mid-90s.
I don't think LL Bean stuff is faked. Unfortunately, the quality isn't quite what it used to be (as I look down at my contemporary LL Bean flannel shirt...
I see Y2K too. I just had a house call at the home of a woman who worked in the mall in the early 2000s and there was a lot of stuff like this - including some stretchy shirts that are TINY (like 6" x 6") but with lots of stretch.
Hi - As it's Made in Vietnam I'm pretty sure that's fairly recent. LL Bean started outsourcing manufacturing to other countries in the mid-90s. That being said - late 90s and early aughts are considered vintage.
As said above, a full photo would be helpful. It looks like a cool piece!
Congratulations!
If you take Venmo I recommend getting one of their placards with a QR code so people can just scan it with their phones. Or just print up the QR code and have it laminated.
Wow that is GREAT. That color is glorious and I love the matching jacket. I see 40s, but could you post a pic of the zipper? Plastic zippers were sometimes used before the 60s.
The rhinestones make me think it was for a Majorette.
There are lots of great vintage pics of Majorettes here

As for the age - I am no help! The metal zipper looks older to me.
That is cute! I had a ladybug print Love Moschino dress recently. The Love Moschino brand started in 2008 so my piece was more recent.
No matter what this should do well for you - Moschino is hot!
Hi Laurie!
I don't think I have anything for you but I'll check in my studio space this week.
It's nice to "see" you but I'm so sorry to hear about your personal wardrobe. What a heart break!
