I like the arthritis one too, because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, so when my husband gets it, he better be painting my toes!
This was perfect! Thank you.
In a timely coincidence, Yoox.com is featuring vintage Dior in their vintage couture section. I have all the info on my blog: www.debutanteclothing.com
Plus, a tip sheet from fashion critic and vintage curator, Holly Brubach.
Check it out!

Yes, yes, so sorry. I did receive them. I have two big deadlines going so I've been rather rude in responding. So sorry.
I'll email you directly if I need anything else.

Need wedding dress pics for Collector\'s News magazine
I'm so sorry for cross posting!
I am looking for images, high resolution, of sold vintage wedding dresses for a print article for Collector's News magazine. The image will be credited with your store's name.
Please U2U me or email...
I'm doing a vintage how to for the up coming SATC opening. Does anyone have a dress and coat ensemble they would allow me to feature? It's going on my blog.
4.05-took $50 to fill up. And I have a compact car. Time to think about a hybrid. Unfortunately, California has the worst public transit system ever. But it is getting better.
My article for Venuszine.com is live! Several VFG members and friends were featured. Check it out!

i just going to post the same thing Jonathan. I have a pair of Balenciaga shoes as well and was sad they weren't worth as much as i thought they would be. These are beautiful however and I really like Justine's suggestion.
The Dior is real. and very nice!
I thought celluloid was a much earlier plastic. Celluloid is usually more fragile. I would venture to call it lucite or just some sort of hard plastic.

I got Antiques Road Show tickets. I just received the email! It says each person(2) is allowed to bring two items. The tickets are for a designated time and we will have to stand for long periods of time. They advised bringing a chair.
Yay! I'm excited. Now, what to bring. You know...
I posted this in another thread but didn't want it to get lost. I pulled some of the images of vintage dresses some guests were wearing. They were a bit boring IMO. You'd think they'd go wild with the vintage.
Check it out...
Hi Gabreial.
Fancy seeing you here!! I participated in the Swap. I still haven't posted a pic of my goodies though. :embaressed:
Your blog is really cute. I've been blogging about the modern vintage mix for a while now, so I could probably help you out! Let me know what you need.

I recently found a pair of Marimekko earrings which I thought were licensed to a company called Aurifex. I posted them on my blog and a rep from the Washington DC concept store contacted me.
She got in touch with the Finnish/N. American and rep and they don't seem to think they are licensed...
Hi everyone.
I am writing a piece for Venus Magazine's website - venuszine.com
I need your cutest playsuits, and I particularly looking for playsuits that come with matching skirts or sarongs.
Please post a link here!
