The Dior is real. and very nice! I thought celluloid was a much earlier plastic. Celluloid is usually more fragile. I would venture to call it lucite or just some sort of hard plastic. Sandra

I got Antiques Road Show tickets. I just received the email! It says each person(2) is allowed to bring two items. The tickets are for a designated time and we will have to stand for long periods of time. They advised bringing a chair. Yay! I'm excited. Now, what to bring. You know...

I recently found a pair of Marimekko earrings which I thought were licensed to a company called Aurifex. I posted them on my blog and a rep from the Washington DC concept store contacted me. She got in touch with the Finnish/N. American and rep and they don't seem to think they are licensed...
