Burnout velvet was really popular for a few years in the 90s ~ I don't remember exactly what time frame that was.

Is the bottom of the skirt burnout velvet? Or is it painted?

My parents live in Northern Ohio ~ I always need an extra suitcase to bring back my goodies when I visit. There used to be six or seven antique/vintage shops right in their town ~ now there is one giant antique mall. ~ Debbie

What a great haul ~ we always shop for vintage while on vacation too. I think the nearby mall with the booth full of purses and shoes would be calling my name.... :wow22:
