2 cherry cardigans--no fair! They are wonderful!

Would love to see pics! Here are some of mine, just for show and tell...I love anything dripping in sequins and beads :) But my favorite vintage cardigans are the ones with velvet trim or flowers. I don't find them a lot but they are my all time fave.

it cant be pre 80's as it has a web address on the tag. Has to be late 90's or newer. www.levis.com it does have a retro look though~

It looks like it has a lacquer over them. I have seen that look on celluloid pieces-unsure if it has a specific name though.

I agree--synthetic suede--- I had a Mollie Parnis dress that was synthetic suede, completely washable and still kept the "suede-like" feel.

I have the exact same box! I always thought it was for holding stamps...but not 100% sure.

I have a feeling this is gold plate --and the darkness we are seeing isn't tarnish--but the underneath metal showing through where the gold has completely worn off.
