there are the book buyers too. The guys who buy the real old books are cool...they know their books and what to look for....but then there are the "new" book dealers...they have this hand held scanner they aim at the upc codes and it tells them what the book will sell for. lol, I don't like...

I don't know what the top 10 are but I do know what the dealers buy first at every estate sale....They buy for resale and most of the dealers are buying glass stuff...(fenton, mccoy, roseville, depression glass, etc) old toys mid century modern items old advertising jewelry old dolls...

it does look like Geoffreys cat to me too. I can't really make out the shape of the coat so it's hard for me to guess on age. I'm going to guess 70's just by collar shape and sleeve length but I could be wrong once I see it on a form. It's very pretty!
