Wondering if anyone is familiar with this Leslie Fay Production Sample label. My research comes up empty. The dress has an 80s look to me but the Union label on it seems to date earlier? Any help would be appreciated!

I've been using Google and Google lens to learn more about this brand but I can't find anything about this label. I suspect the dress is from the '80s but I'm not sure. There's another company that produced clothing in the 80s called Outlander but the tag is different. It doesn't help that a lot...
