1900\'s dress label Question, Help Needed On Designer???

Hi Everyone:
This is my first time posting to the board, but I hope maybe
someone out there can help me.
I have a 1900's satin dress that has a inside label
that is on the waistline & reads:
Luigi Rienzi Philadelphia, Miss Nancy Roe, handwritten in
with pen, then # 14702 Date 11/13/17.
I was trying to find any info on the designer, & maybe how to research the dress style #.
I would appreciate any help. I was thinking this dress was
made maybe as a wedding dress because it is off white satin with some embroidery on bodice. I can get pictures, as soon as I figure out the system of posting them.
I tried the RN # & designers info on the site but no luck.
Thanks in advance!!!

It could be that it is in pen that the number is not an RN number but maybe an order number. (either for the alteration or the dress itself).

It could be that Luigi Rienzi was the local tailor/dressmaker or the shop In Philedelphia and the dress was altered, or if a local dress shop, made to order for Miss Nancy Roe.

Do you have a photo?

Sometimes you can research these names if it was indeed a shop/tailor with the local papers in the area. They will have either had advertisements in their archives from then or sometimes people do "remember when" type of articles and talk about the various shops that were on a particular street back in X year. You may be able to find a reference. There were a lot of quality garments to come out of local sources even if they weren't big names.

Is the name printed on and then the rest is written in pen? or is it all in pen?

Thanks for you info.
The name of Luigi Rienzi & Philadelphia is printed on, & the # & ladies name is handwritten. I never thought of researching the papers.
Thanks Again.
UPDATE:
Here is an image of inside dress label.

Hi All:
I added the picture of the inside label of dress in above post.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Just very curious.
Good Evening & Many Thanks Christine M.

THANKS THANKS for all the info.
I just checked the link, & received the info. But it said only for subscribers.
I did get the info about the residence.
The mystery unfolds.
Yes, I have it listed. I did not know if I could mention that fact here.
Appreciate all your help.
