A USA friend is looking for a corset which will pass off as a 1920 girdle, it does not have to original 20's but looking ok for modelling and wearable today not too expensive.

Hi Paul,

apologies for the lack of responses - others may be as confused as me. What sort of thing was your friend looking for? Girdles weren't really worn in the '20s, I think they're more '30s and onwards - corsets were more the go. I have this one, if your friend is still looking for it. I bought it in London!

Hi Pauline, I am listing this one on eBay later today, it will be in the $100 range plus shipping ;) it has never been worn, and is late 1940s approx, but could pass as 20's I think! It is around size large, but i will be measureing it shortly. G

Thank you for work, I not sure the lady that interested in vintage any more, she done 720 degree turn with here interest ( yes i know you cannot have 720 degree in a circle)
but when I say she taken up fire eating and sword swallowing instead of collecting vintage I think that justify my 720 D.
Gayle & Nicole thise are fabulous girdels just a pitty I do not have to spare money to buy them!
I hope some 20's collector snaps them up.
