1920s Dress Label

I found this label safety pinned to a 1920s dress. The dress is black silk, drop waist, long balloon sleeves, approximately calf length, very loose fit (except for the cuffs), deep V neckline. I can't make out the name on the label. Can anyone decipher it?

The only letter that goes below the line is the middle initial. It appears that the first letter of the last name goes below the line, but it is only a crease in the label.

 

This won't help much, but the name looks to me like "Olivet J. Mo....."
