1920s embroidered coats?

Hello!
I have two coats that I’m not totally sure on their age. The black soutache I’m thinking is 1910-1920s and has dress weights at the hem. The orange I believe is 1920s but I’m not sure. Any help is appreciated!

I think your estimations are spot on! I would research the Arts & Crafts style movement for the orange. I'd look to mid-teens for the black. They are both gorgeous.

The first coat may have been part of a suit. I would think its more like 1923-24 beause of its very tubular shape and exact tailoring with the soutache on the wool and buttons on the sleeve. The other coat looks slightly newer to me - 1925ish? because its so cocoon like.
