1920's heavily beaded dress help

Hi there,
I recently found this beauty in the bottom of a tub of Victorian silk embroidered piano shawls that I acquired at an estate auction, so I believe it is authentic. It is heavily beaded on a sheer netting with scalloped bottom and a split on side or back - not sure how it was worn for sure. The delicate straps are totally ripped apart so the dress would need to be restored to be worn. It has a long many stringed tassel, totally beaded. I am trying to sell it and am having a great deal of interest and have received offers that I did not expect for an unwearable dress, so it has made me curious. Being new to vintage clothing I just want to make sure I know what I have here. So I hope someone here can help me out with more details. Thanks so much!

It is a 1920s evening dress in need of a lot of restoration. However, because it is beaded onto net it can be restored (by appliqueing it to a new net lining), unlike most beaded evening dresses that are beaded onto silk chiffon. There is a lot of work to do in this, but a skilled restorer can make this look like new. The beadwork is very pretty.
