1920s (?) on this beaded bag and a question re: thread

Hi Everyone,
This purse contained a little string of beads on one end of a spool of thread (with what I think is one of the cutest images/logos I've seen lately!)....would this have been a hand made bag 'kit'?
Also wondering if this is 1920s plus or minus?

No real way to know if it was kit unless you've seen another the same, but magazines from the 20s and 30s often included patterns to make your own bags like this. I think yours is crocheted.

I have no real information to offer, but this sweet bag has a 1930's "feel" to me. The tone of green, the shape, size, even the sp00l.
