Hello,
I've recently come into a lot of slips. All from the brand "Jean Vernon." They are all bias cut and made from a fine multi filament rayon. Some are plain and some have lace or satin details. The commonality is: the fabric its made from, the cut of the slip, and the paper tag. See photos. The inside tag is at the back of the slip and they have adjustable shoulder straps. I was told they were 1940's but the box they came in had a postage mark dated 1935, this may not be the original box unfortunately!
The other reason I have reason to believe they are 1930's is because of the style of the paper tag. I wish to sell these on Etsy but do not want to give my buyers the wrong information. Any information you have would be appreciated greatly! Thank you so much!!
PS. Please feel free to ask me any questions as well.

I think that a few of your beautiful slips are mid to late 1930s through to most being 1940s post war- with the lace detail and the trim, they don't look like rationed WW2 slips with the level of detail.
Your are lucky to have found these- they are stunning!!

Hello everyone!!
Thank you all so much for the most useful information! I am including a few more photos of a couple of the pieces just to help a bit. Also to address Nicole Jenkins questions about the length of these pieces, the plain pieces measure 37 inches laying flat, measured from center of bust to hem. The lacey pieces measure 38 inches from center of bust to hem. I'm also including a better close up of the label for you all!
Any more input is greatly appreciated!! Thanks all!
